Our little story

We are an award-winning small batch Hot Sauce maker, based in East York Ontario, using locally sourced peppers. The peppers are always the stars of the show; blending flavours that highlight their distinct features, using both traditional and funky ingredients that we love to eat.

It all started around 2012 with too many peppers in my garden, here in East York. So, I made a hot sauce. Friends and family loved it, and wanted more every year, so I decided to start doing it commercially in 2017.

I use a wide range of peppers, but each sauce is built around the flavours and colour of a specific one. Focusing on simple ingredients, with a twist.
