Chicken Stir Fry

Sun Stroke is such a versatile sauce because of its simplicity — bright peppers that pack a good punch, combined with citrus juices. It's ideal for stir fries, taking full advantage of those simple flavours. When we make a chicken stir fry in our house, we love to add a little Sun Stroke for that nice kick.

Most of the time we just improvise with whatever vegetables we have on hand, but any basic chicken stir fry recipe is a good place to start.
