Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

There's nothing more comforting than a bowl of piping hot tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, particularly on a cold winter's day. Adding a few drops of Casper's Evil Twin to the soup brings a rich, earthy flavour that complements it perfectly — it burns the mouth and warms the soul.

Casper's Evil Twin was inspired by the white ghost pepper, built to keep its colour consistent with parsnip, leek, turnip and white habanero for a creamy white sauce with bold heat. It's since been retired from our regular lineup, but if you've still got a bottle, it was made exactly for days like this.
