How it all began

It all started around 2012 with too many peppers in my garden, here in East York. So, I made a hot sauce. Friends and family loved it, and wanted more every year, so I decided to start doing it commercially in 2017.

I use a wide range of peppers, but each sauce is built around the flavours and colour of a specific one, focusing on simple ingredients with a twist.

I'm always on the lookout for new and flavourful peppers that I can showcase in a sauce.
