Jelly Tarts

Just in time for the holidays — our pepper jellies make an awesome addition to any cheese tray or party spread, and they're an easy way to dress up a simple appetizer.

Green Goblin is our mild jelly, with a smoky, sweet flavour from roasted poblanos and jalapenos — beautifully paired in a muffaletta, or spread on bread like a sweet and spicy pesto. Scorched Sicilian is our medium jelly, with roasted red peppers and a surprise kick of habanero, matching perfectly with aged cheddar or shaved parmesan. Golden Ghost packs the most punch, using yellow bhut jolokia peppers for a zing that pairs beautifully with a soft brie or alpine cheese.

However you serve them — on crackers, melted into a wing sauce, or spooned straight onto a cheese board — a little goes a long way.
