Thank You East York

This business is a labour of love — the love of spicy things, of growing food, and of creating new recipes. What started as a way to use up too many peppers from a small urban garden has grown into something I genuinely didn't expect, and none of it happens without the community around it.

Thank you to the East York neighbours and friends who tried that first batch and asked for more. Thank you to the local shops who took a chance on stocking a small-batch hot sauce from someone they'd never heard of. And thank you to everyone who's stopped by a market table, asked a question about the peppers, and walked away with a bottle.

It's word of mouth, more than anything else, that's kept this going. I don't take that for granted.
