Brisket

Brisket is a staple at any BBQ joint you'll find — smoky, melts in your mouth, tastes like love. In Mexico, a mole is often made as a celebration dish and used as a sauce on a variety of meats, which is exactly the idea behind Death by Chocolate.

The combination of chocolate and peppers adds flavour and heat, with notes of coffee and cumin to round it out — a great, complex set of tastes that complement juicy, smoky slices of beef.
