Carne Asada Tacos

Tacos! For those who don't want too much heat but need a little flavour boost, I recommend pairing carne asada tacos with Chili-Relentless. (For those who want to bring the heat, you can always hit it with some Death by Chocolate.) The fire-roasted poblanos give this sauce its rich, smoky flavour, while the jalapenos add a hit of heat and the lime and cilantro bring freshness.

The sauce's name is a play on one of my guilty pleasures, chili rellenos — a menu staple I look for on every trip to Mexico. It's a two-time Best Mild Sauce winner at the YOW! Awards, held each year at the Heating up the Capital hot sauce show.
